1.1       kirby       1: SmartDeblur is a tool for restoring defocused and blurred images.
                      2: Algorithm based on several deconvolution techniques (Wiener, Tikhonov,
                      3: Total Variation prior). Supported defect types are:
                      4:  *  Out of Focus blur (with kernel deep tuning)
                      5:  *  Motion blur
                      6:  *  Gaussian blur

                      8: SmartDeblur uses the FFTW library to provide its fast fourier
